Nicky Hayden, who’s been struggling all weekend managed to improve in the qualifying session. The reigning MotoGP worldchampion moved into 9th position with a time of 1′56.041 and will start on the 3th row of the grid.
Yamaha rider Valentino Rossi grabbed Pole Position with a time of 1′55.002 and finished only 0.005 seconds in front of Australian Ducati rider Casey Stoner. Colin Edwards completes the front row. Nicky’s teammate Dani Pedrosa starts on the 2nd row of the grid in 5th position.
